Design Phase

Kevin had been designing our dream home for years. His knowledge comes from years in commercial construction, a construction engineering degree from Iowa State, and years of BIM (building information modeling) experience.

Our architectural consultant helped us bring our vision to life. He brought the concept of threes into the design. Many great things are in threes: earth, fire, water; father, son, holy spirit, and now utility, transition, and living areas.
