Interior Finishing Phase

The interior finishing phase started in May 2020 with the beginning of spray foam insulation and included over 1,000 sq. ft. of tile. I became a grouting expert by the end!

The interior finishes include light maple hardwood floor and modern walnut cabinets. The countertops are quartz from Cambria with Rosedale in the kitchen, master bath, and main bathroom and the sparkly Whitney in the laundry room and upstairs bath. The light floors are complemented with a charcoal stain on the trim and 3 panel doors.

Happy Dance for Finishes

As our drywall crew came in to start hauling in sheets, Material Girl was playing and our cameras caught a shoulder shimmy. We’re just as excited to get this process started.
